Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing customer concerns or complaints.
Supervise restaurant staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
Assist in hiring, scheduling, and managing staff performance.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
