Job summary

MARINA CRAB SEAFOOD HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead, train and schedule service staff, collaborate with kitchen teams, manage reservations and ensure compliance with food safety and safety standards, while contributing to sales strategies and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant restaurant/F&B experience.
• Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
