With over three years of successful operations and steady growth, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold our high standards of service.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
  • Oversee the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.
Customer Experience
  • Greet and engage with guests, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Uphold True Cost’s unique concept and ensure guests understand and enjoy the value of our offering.
Financial & Administrative
  • Monitor daily sales performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
  • Assist in driving revenue through upselling, promotions, and events.
  • Manage inventory of FOH supplies and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Prepare reports for management on sales, service quality, and operational performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4–6 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including reservations, events, and service flow.
  • Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Must be Singaporean, PR, or LTVP holder.
