A leading company in the seafood industry is seeking an Event Manager to oversee onsite operations and manage event planning for restaurants. The role involves coordinating with teams, managing vendor relationships, and enhancing the brand's reputation. Candidates should have experience in event planning along with strong communication and organizational skills, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
– 5 Days work week. Must be onsite to oversee and manage all events
– Actively source for new sales leads, working towards monthly KPIs and deliverables for our restaurants
– Plan and execute brand events, private bookings, and seasonal campaigns
– Work closely with marketing, kitchen, and service teams to ensure seamless operations
– Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients
– Track event budgets, timelines, and post-event performance
– Elevate Greenwood’s reputation as the go-to destination for fresh seafood and unforgettable event
What We’re Looking For:
– 2+ years in event planning or F&B/events marketing
– Experience managing vendors, logistics, and teams
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail
– Passion for food, wine, and guest experience
– Available to work on-site, weekends, and evenings when needed
