In this role, you will uphold sanitation standards, stock and organize stations, and collaborate with servers and management during busy periods to deliver smooth dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, cut, and season food items (meats, vegetables, fish) before and during service.
• Follow standardized recipes and plating guides accurately to ensure consistent quality and portion sizes.
• Set up and stock assigned kitchen stations with necessary tools, equipment, and food supplies.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, equipment, and utensils; follow FIFO food storage rules.
• Coordinate smoothly with other cooks, servers, and kitchen management during peak hours.
