Ensure smooth and efficient outlet service operations
Uphold service and cleanliness standards at all times
Deliver excellent customer experiences
Thorough knowledge of the menu and active upselling
Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
Maintain a clean and orderly environment
Support inventory checks and daily mise-en-place
Participate in team training and skills development
Report service issues and follow up with management
Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or Supervisor in F&B
(Less experienced candidates may be considered for Food Runner role)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong team player with a proactive attitude
Well-groomed with good personal presentation
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Willingness to be cross-trained and adaptable
Available to start immediately
