Adam’s Family Catering is hiring a Restaurant Captain for our Seafood Indian Muslim restaurant. The role involves managing front-of-house operations and ensuring smooth customer service, leading the service team, overseeing food and beverage service, and ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily service operations and guide service staff

- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task delegation

- Take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service

- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining area

- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints professionally

- Monitor service standards and assist in staff training

- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

- Assist with inventory checks, supplier coordination, and order tracking

- Assist with cashier duties

Requirements:

- High School / Secondary School Certificate or equivalent

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B service, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role

- Strong leadership, good communication and customer service skills

- Familiar with Indian-Muslim, Malay, Western, and seafood restaurant operations

- Able to lead by example and work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
