Join us as a Restaurant Assistant Manager/Manager in PEMENCO family. This is a vital role that marks the core giving the best experience to our guest.

We are looking for someone who can:

· Communicate & connects to all the guest providing them an unforgettable dining experience with us.

· Coordinate with both BOH & FOH to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

· Flexible and able to go beyond the line of duty to maximize customers' satisfaction and meet customers' needs.

· Well verse in our products and services available.

· Attentive to incoming guest via walk-ins, call-ins & online platform reservations.

· Supervise the junior service crews.

· Support the Operations Director of the outlet and be a role model for junior staff.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

You should have the following skills that we are looking for:

· A guest-first approach to hospitality.

· Carry oneself with positivity during operational duty and display of good vibe influence to our guests and team members.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Possesses problem solving, motivating and organization skills.

· Passion to work in a dynamic environment.

· Communicate well as both a team player and team leader with good adaptability skills to operational changes wherever improvements is required.
