About the role

As the Restaurant Assistant Manager at NOMADS you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our modern and dynamic restaurant located in Seletar Aerospace Park. This is a full-time position that will see you working closely with the Restaurant Manager/Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all FOH staff, including baristas and service crew

• Oversee bar and coffee operations as the head of bar/barista

• Host guests, manage reservations, and table assignments

• Train, schedule, and guide the FOH team

• Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control

• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

• Support marketing and in-store promotions

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proficient in inventory management and cost control

• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

• Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
