Job description

We are a newly established renovation and interior fit-out company based in Singapore, focused on residential and commercial spaces. We are in the process of applying for BCA Contractors Registration (CR06 – Interior Decoration & Finishing Works) and are seeking a qualified Responsible Person (RP) to join our team for registration and technical leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a founding team and play a critical role in building a new brand in Singapore’s interior renovation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the designated Responsible Person (RP) for BCA Contractors Registration (CR06 workhead – L1 or L2).
• Assist in documentation and compliance for BCA submissions.
• Provide oversight or consultation on interior renovation projects, depending on availability.
• Advise on technical and regulatory matters (safety, materials, design standards).
• Optionally: Participate in project supervision, costing reviews, and client consultation (role can be shaped by your availability and interest).

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or higher qualification in any of the following disciplines:
  Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, M&E Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in interior renovation, project coordination, or site supervision.
• Prior experience serving as RP in BCA registration is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of BCA CRS and submission procedures is preferred.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 1 year as the appointed RP (renewable).
• Open to Singapore Citizens, PR, or valid work pass holders with relevant background.

Offer & Engagement Terms:

We are open to different forms of engagement:

• Full-time position: SGD 4,000 – 7,000/month (depending on experience).
• Part-time / Consultant RP: SGD 1,000 – 1,500/month, or fixed-term consultancy (e.g. SGD 3,000–5,000/year).
• Equity + Salary partnership for candidates interested in long-term business development.
