Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Responsible AI Engineer to join its Global Responsible AI team in Singapore. You will develop state-of-the-art AI systems with emphasis on fairness, transparency, explainability, robustness, privacy and ethics, collaborating with client teams to embed responsible AI practices.

You’ll work across the full AI lifecycle—from data prep and model development to deployment—while contributing to internal guidelines and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical fields OR equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
• At least 2 from Statistics/Probability, Regression/Clustering/Time Series, DL/NN/NLP/Computer Vision, or related ML visualization tools.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Rapid API development with Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Version control with GitHub/Bitbucket.
• Experience with database management and data processing.
• Cloud services knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI.
• Ability to work with complex datasets, data preprocessing and analysis.
• Experience with prompt injection testing and model vulnerability assessment.
• Strong problem solving and effective communication; collaborative team player.

We’re looking to grow our Responsible AI team and if you’re an experienced RAI Engineer with a Responsible AI background, we’d love to hear from you. As a Responsible AI Engineer, you’ll be experienced in building state of the art AI systems to solve difficult business challenges. But you’ll also have at least a year’s experience looking at responsible aspects such as AI model Fairness, Transparency, Explainability, Robustness, Soundness and Privacy – preferably gained in a client-facing environment. You’ll be a problem solver who is passionate about all things data. You’ll be excited by difficult modelling challenges, and you’ll enjoy working with like‑minded people who thrive on pushing the boundaries of the possible. You’ll be an outstanding technical specialist with the strong communication skills needed to liaise with your clients and your colleagues. At the forefront of the industry, you’ll help make our Responsible AI vision a reality for clients looking to better serve their customers and operate always‑on enterprises. The work:

• Developing and implementing AI models and solutions, focusing on ethical and responsible practices.

Job Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical fields OR equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
• At least 2 from the following: Statistics and Probability Theory, Regression Modelling, Clustering Methods, Time Series Forecasting, Tree Ensembles Deep Learning, Neural Networks Natural Language Processing, Text Mining, Computer Vision, Image Recognition Machine Learning Visualization Tools
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Rapid API development with standard frameworks and tools (E.g. Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Fundamental version control practices and proficiency in version control platforms (e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket)
• Experience with database management and data processing.
• Understanding and working knowledge of cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) related to AI.
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex datasets and perform data preprocessing and analysis.
