Job description

As the Studio & Resourcing Manager at Evolved you’re the operational heartbeat of the creative team - equal parts people champion, process optimizer, and master scheduler. You’re the ultimate connector, ensuring that work flows seamlessly, the right talent is on the right projects, and our Singapore studio hums with energy, clarity, and purpose.

Sitting at the intersection of people, projects, and process, you’ll lead resourcing strategy, manage daily operations. You’re calm under pressure, tuned into team dynamics, and always thinking two steps ahead - with Scoro dashboards to back your instincts.

This role is about more than just logistics, it’s about creating the conditions for great creative work. You’ll be a trusted partner to producers, designers, and leadership alike, helping shape a studio culture that’s collaborative, curious and creatively ambitious.

What You’ll Do
Studio Manager
  • Own the day-to-day running of the Singapore studio keeping people, space, and systems aligned and supported
  • Act as the first line of support for the Singapore team by helping to unblock challenges, clarify priorities, and ensure a positive, productive studio environment
  • Flag issues or feedback early and follow through to resolution
  • Share studio updates and insights in leadership conversations, working closely with your manager on the leadership team
  • Facilitate team rituals (monthly socials, team lunches, milestone celebrations), helping to keep energy high & work flowing
  • Support HR processes including recruitment, contracting and onboarding for new team members and freelancers, from IT setup to studio orientation
  • Oversee travel planning for project teams by booking smart, efficient travel that supports creative delivery, meets client expectations, and maximizes value for both budgets and timelines
Resource Manager
  • Lead weekly resourcing meetings with Production, Business Development, and Creative to align on priorities, timelines, and capacity
  • Assign designers (core team and extended network) to projects based on skillset, availability, and creative needs
  • Monitor and manage team workload, ensuring balanced distribution, avoiding burnout, and maximizing engagement
  • Maintain visibility of the full project pipeline, anticipating bottlenecks and proactively shifting plans to keep work flowing
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Producers and Account Managers, advising on resource planning and bandwidth
  • Track and report on team capacity and utilization using Scoro to provide actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Build and maintain a trusted network of freelance talent, aligned with Evolved’s creative standards and values across our main markets of focus; AUNZ, APAC, SEA, East Asia and India.
  • Oversee freelance onboarding, making sure external contributors are fully integrated and set up for success
  • Manage availability, engagement, and payments for freelancers and contractors
  • Track and flag resource costs against project budgets, identifying risks and optimization opportunities
What You Bring
  • 4+ years in a creative operations, production, or studio management role (agency or in-house)
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong instincts for creative work and how to support the people who make it
  • Confident communicator who can build trust and bring clarity across teams and time zones
  • Proficiency in tools like Scoro (or similar resource/planning platforms) and Google Suite
  • A natural problem-solver who’s equal parts detail-driven and big-picture thinker
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • A collaborative spirit with a genuine interest in supporting creative people and great work
