Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) invites applications for a hands-on Residential Coach to empower adults on the autism spectrum through daily living skills training, house rules, and community activities. The role includes day/night shift coverage and ensuring safety in a supportive, home-like environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to coach residents in chores, time management, and social interactions, promoting independence and dignity.

Competenze

• Min GCE 'O' level with 1-2 years working experience.
• Knowledge of autism and housekeeping skills.
• Good interpersonal and relational skills.
• Passion to work with individuals on the autism spectrum.

Mansioni

• Support a multi-disciplinary team in training and assessment of residents by coaching them in Residential Living Skills.
• Assist with day and night shift duties and ensure safety and security at all times.
• Co-develop house rules with residents and oversee household duties.
• Provide opportunities for social interactions and community involvement.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable and homely environment and coordinate repairs as needed.
