To provide supervision of construction works on site and to ensure safety provisions are conforming to worksite rules and regulations and compliant to statutory requirements.
Provide recommendations and solutions for improvements on safety provisions based on site conditions.
To carry out various safety inspections on site and ensure subcontractor rectification based on safety recommendations/comments raised.
To ensure that in-house safety rules and regulations are implemented and enforced at the worksite.
To familiarize with project’s top risks and highlight key hazards that the project site is exposed to, for better planning and preparation for upcoming works.
To supervise demolition and building works and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings.
To attend all Ad-Hoc inspections by authorities (NEA/PUB/MOM etc.) as and when necessary.
To familiarize with site traffic management plan and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement of site safety, where reasonable.
To review emergency procedures implementation on site and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement, where reasonable.
To provide reporting to Client (DSTA) as and when necessary.
To perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned.
Registered WSH Officer license with MOM.
Registered Resident Technical Officer license with IES.
Experience in Building Projects.
Note: 2 years renewable contract.
