Ensure all installations are in accordance with the Working/Shop Drawings and applicable local Codes, Regulation and Standards
Attend site meetings and site walks with Owner and consultants
Monitor project progress schedules and qualities standards
Inspect and monitor quality of materials delivered to site
Maintain and update site records on project progress
Verify contractor’s progress claim
Check all drawings (including working drawings, shop drawings, authority submission drawings and as-built drawings)
Administer the University’s Safety Management System and conduct periodic inspection on the provision of safety measures together with the Contractor’s site safety supervisor or Contractor representative to ensure that the Contractor complies with the safety requirements
Job Requirement:
Possess at least a Degree/Diploma/Trade Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience as RTO on local projects for Healthcare, Institutional or Commercial projects
Familiar with local codes and regulations
Registered resident technical officer with IES / ACES would be an added advantage
