A leading engineering firm seeks a qualified Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project management including inspection, scheduling, and budgeting for M&E projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in M&E and relevant accreditation, with a proven track record in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Accredited with IES and ACES.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and workmanship.
• Ensure effective project management for design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage project budget on materials and labor, and prepare schedules and reports.

• Required to do inspection for all materials and workmanship.
• Make sure that projects are strictly based on contracts and regulations.
• Ensure effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure smooth timely delivery of project.
• Prepare project schedules, reports catalogues and submissions.
• Manager project contractual terms and conditions.
• Manage project budget on costing materials and labor etc.
• Review monthly Fire Projection Advise with Managers.
• Attend Site and Office Meetings and prepare progress report.
