Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to oversee construction sites. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage site coordination, and report on project progress. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Civil Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in building works.
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision preferred.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

· Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.

· Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.

Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing

· National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred

· Possess at least 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works

· Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports

· Familiar with local codes & regulations

· Good communication and interpersonal skill
