Job summary

IET PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee compliance and execution of construction projects in Tampines. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in BTO projects. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, liaising with various stakeholders, managing site safety, and ensuring project progress aligns with regulations and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction supervision, preferably in BTO projects.
• Registered RTO with BCA, IES.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Liaison with main contractors, architects, and engineers for the approval of shop drawings and resolution of site issues.
• Management of site safety in accordance with Ministry of Manpower guidelines.
• Attendance at site meetings and preparation of meeting minutes.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of rectification works and quality of materials.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in BTO projects.
• Registered RTO with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
• Relevant experience in site supervision and project management.
