Job Description

• Scope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of Architectural and C&S works for the A&A works to staff housing blocks
• Ensure construction compliance to local Codes, Building Control Regulations and Standards
• To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required.
• Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site
• Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards
• Maintain and update site records on project progress
• Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing material delivered to site
• Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma in C&S Engineering / Building/ Architecture / Architectural Technology
• Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES
• Minimum 5 years experience as RTO on local projects
• Experience in supervision of similar residential project would be added advantage
