Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years in supervising institutional/high rise/basement development. Responsibilities include on-site supervision, quality control of architectural works, and maintaining daily site records. Candidates should be accredited and prior experience in precast construction is required. Immediate availability preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of site experience in supervision of institutional/high rise/basement development.
• Accredited with the IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC).
• Prior experience in precast construction.

Responsibilities

• On-site Supervision of Architectural works
• Assist the Resident Architect in carrying out supervision works on site and also assist in supervising & co-ordination with other Resident Technical Officer at site;
• Quality control of all architectural works;
• Keep and maintain daily site record on progress of works, instructions given to Contractors, materials delivered to site, daily activities and weather conditions at site, number and visitors at site and any other significant information;
• Supervise and keep records of day works;
• Attend site/coordination meetings as directed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of site experience in the supervision of institutional/ high rise/ basement development;
• Must be accredited with the IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC);
• Prior experience in precast construction;
• Able to work overtime when required by schedule;
• Able to commence work within 2 months.
