Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a fulltime Resident Technical Officer to oversee construction projects in the Central Region. The role requires effective coordination with project managers and consultants, and a solid understanding of various construction techniques. Candidates must hold a Resident Technical Officer Certificate and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Resident Technical Officer or equivalent.
• Able to communicate effectively with Qualified Person, project manager, consultants, and builder.
• Familiarity with micro bored pile, flat slab, and steel construction is an advantage.

- Must possess a Resident Technical Officer Certificate 2024

- 5.5 days work week

- 12 months contract

- Min. 2 years' experience as Resident Technical Officer or equivalent

- Able to communicate effectively with Qualified Person, project manager, consultants and builder

- Familiarity with micro bored pile, flat slab and steel construction will be an advantage
