Job summary

A leading consultancy in Singapore is seeking experienced Resident Engineers / Resident Technical Officers for a site supervision role on a food factory project. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with the Building Control Act & Regulations, supporting a team of engineers. Candidates must possess a valid RE/RTO certificate and at least 5 years of experience in building works supervision. Beneficial remuneration package includes annual bonuses and overtime claims.

Job Description & Requirements

Job Scope:

• To carry out full-time site supervision as Resident Technical Officers as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
• Contract period is 29 month (or slightly shorter, depending on detailed work scope) to cover the construction of a 9-storey ramp-up food factory at Kallang Way
• Contract start date: Tentatively Oct 2025
• Total 2 RTO position to be filled, to assist the existing team consisting of 1RE & 3 RTO, covering the supervision of pilecap and superstructure works

Remuneration:

In addition to monthly salary,

• 1 month of AWS will be provided for every 12 months of service
• 1 month of gratuity for every 12 months of service will be provided, to be released upon completion of project.
• Overtime is claimable for RTO

Job Requirements:

• With valid RE/RTO certificate issued by IES
