Resident Technical Officer

To take and carry out site supervision in accordance with the Project specification and BCA ACT & Regulation, and to the requirements of the contracts with the client.

To supervise in accordance with the Contract Specification and relevant Authorities. To assist the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE in all aspects relating to the construction of the projects.

Work closely with RE/SRE on day-to-day site operations.

Must be literate in English and have a good knowledge of using computers, computer software, and MS Office.

Registered with JAC as a Resident Technical Officer.

RTO Certificate accreditation by IES/ACES.
