Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified site supervisor with expertise in civil and structural work. The selected candidate will oversee inspections, liaise with contractors, and ensure all structural works align with approved specifications. Applicants must hold a diploma in the relevant discipline, possess RTO registration with IES, and have substantial site experience.

Qualifications

• RTO registration with IES is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in site supervision of works.
• Min 2 years of experience in precast concrete element launching work.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor and conduct inspections.
• Assist Resident Engineer on structural works and inspections.
• Monitor the progress of structural works according to approved drawings.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

· Work under the control and direction of the appropriate Qualified Person when carry out their supervision and fully responsible to the appropriate QP.

· To liaise and conduct inspection with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor.

· To assist Resident Engineer on all structural works carried out according to approved drawings

· To monitor the progress and assist Resident Engineer on structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings issued.

· To conduct C&S inspection for works the inspections forms submit by Main Contractor Engineer/Supervisor and maintain proper records.

· To check and monitor the Structural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings and method of statements

Requirements:

· RTO registration with IES is mandatory

· Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or NCSS.

· Have at least 3 years of experience in site supervision of works

· Min 2 years of experience in supervision of precast concrete element launching work for vehicular structures.
