Job summary

OCTA METIER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced RTO to supervise civil, structural and geotechnical building works, including M&E aspects, to meet PUB/LTA and other authorities’ requirements for permanent and temporary works.

The candidate should be able to work night shifts if required and maintain daily progress records using MS Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with WAH, PTW, and MOM requirements is essential to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RTO shall supervise civil, structural and geotechnical works and ensure compliance with authorities’ requirements.
• Ability to perform permanent/temporary works supervision and project management.
• Proficiency in maintaining daily progress records using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Job description

1. The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural andgeotechnical building works, including structural elements for architecturalwork, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialistengineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and otherauthorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporaryworks.

2. The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry ofManpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work,Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.

4. The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel,Power-point and maintaining of proper daily work progress record.
