SATIATE CONSTRUCTION (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist in supervising structural, architectural, and M&E installation works on Singapore projects.

You will ensure compliance with approved plans, building codes, and contract specifications while coordinating with consultants and contractors to deliver quality outcomes. Competenze

• Diploma in Building or Architectural is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising building projects in Singapore, preferably with focus on architectural trades.

Mansioni

• Assist in supervising structural, architectural, and mechanical & electrical installation works on assigned projects to ensure adherence to approved plans and building regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to implement instructions and plans effectively, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain consistent monitoring of construction progress and compliance with contract specifications.
• Identify and report potential quality defects and their impact on project outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit detailed weekly site reports on project performance and progress to support informed decision-making.
• Promote good construction practices among building contractors to uphold high standards of workmanship.
• Carry out inspection and supervision of architectural and M&E works competently to ensure project objectives are met.
• Apply good interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
