NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking qualified medical doctors to join our department to oversee the total management of patients with the support of the Nursing Officer/Staff Nurse in charge.

The role includes participating in on-call rosters for emergencies and clinical service provision. Successful candidates must possess a basic medical degree recognised by the Singapore Medical Council, have passed the national licensing examination where applicable, and be

Qualifications

• Possess a basic medical degree that is recognised and registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Have passed the relevant national licensing examination in the country of conferment of basic degree, where applicable.
• Eligible for Conditional or Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Be registered as a medical practitioner in the country where you are currently practising.
• Be in active clinical practice for the 3 years (post housemanship) preceding the application for medical registration in Singapore.
• Provide evidence of English language proficiency and meet the requirements specified by the Singapore Medical Council if the basic medical qualification is not conducted in English language.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the total management of patients in the department with the assistance of the Nursing Officer/ Staff Nurse in charge;
• All RPs should be expected to perform procedures to their level of competency;
• Participating in on-call rosters for emergencies and clinical service provision;
• Be involved in Education, Research and/or Administrative aspect, when required;
• Other administrative duties.

Education

Basic medical degree recognised and registrable with the Singapore Medical Council

Passed the relevant national licensing examination (where applicable)

Eligible for Conditional or Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council

Be registered as a medical practitioner in current practising country

Active clinical practice for 3 years (post housemanship) prior to application
