Job description
Overview

You are part of the multidisciplinary team providing day-to-day patient care in the cardiovascular medicine. You will be involved in both outpatient and inpatient areas, assisting in invasive and non-invasive investigations and procedures. You will assist in all aspects of cardiac procedures and patient care in the Department of Cardiology.

Requirements
  • Basic Medical Degree recognised by the Singapore Medical Council
  • Relevant and recognised postgraduate qualification
  • Passed the national licensing examination as required in the country where the basic medical degree was conferred (if applicable)
  • Prior experience in an acute hospital setting is essential
  • Strong interest and/or credentials in research would be an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Documented proof of: Measles (or MMR - Mumps, Measles and Rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity; and
  • Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) vaccination received within the last 10 years, as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.
  • Applicants without these vaccinations may apply if they commit to completing the required vaccination(s) before work commencement, upon successful job offer.
