Job description

The Resident Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the serviced apartment to ensure a seamless guest experience, operational efficiency, and staff performance. This role involves managing front-of-house and back-of-house functions, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness, and acting as the primary point of contact for long-stay residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the property, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, sales and front office functions.

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and corporate clients

  • Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory controls

  • Respond to booking inquiries, confirm guest reservations, prepare contract and send payment link for booking confirmations. Prepare Arrivals and Departures details.

  • Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and fully operational at all times.

  • Conduct regular inspections of apartments, public areas, and facilities.

  • Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance issues, guest feedback, and operational KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in service apartments or hospitality

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

  • Knowledge of online travel agencies (OTAs) and inventory management.

  • Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
