Job description

Role Overview:

As a senior member in the Trust Services team, you will support the Head of Trustee Services in leading the team and delivering high quality, compliant trust services as part of PhillipCapital’s holistic offerings. You will manage operations, uphold service standards, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Trust Resident Manager

  • Serve as Resident Manager per the Trust Companies Act and MAS licensing requirements

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory duties (Regulation 10) and fit and proper standards

  • Oversee timely and accurate reporting to MAS and internal stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as key liaison for clients (new/existing) and business introducers

  • Support client onboarding and development of bespoke trust solutions

  • Maintain client portfolios in compliance with policies and regulations

  • Ensure high service standards and contribute to business growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams across the Group

  • Perform additional duties as required

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to MAS, FATCA, CRS, and internal policies

  • Oversee KYC/AML, due diligence, and periodic reviews

  • Support strong governance and internal control frameworks

  • Maintain internal policies and procedures for trust administration and compliance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field

  • STEP qualified (TEP) preferred; compliance experience is a plus

  • At least 5 years’ trust, banking, or professional services experience

  • Strong knowledge of TCA and regulatory requirements

  • Proven leadership, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Willingness to attend relevant after-hours event
