Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans le domaine de l'ingénierie est à la recherche d'un superviseur de site expérimenté pour assurer la conformité des travaux civils et structurels dans le cadre de projets de grande envergure. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en ingénierie civile ou géotechnique, ainsi qu'une solide expérience en supervision de travaux similaires. Il sera en charge de diriger les équipes, de s'assurer que toutes les réglementations sont respectées et de maintenir des records précis des progrès des travaux.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 ans d'expérience pertinente comme ingénieur civil.
• Au moins 5 ans en supervision de travaux similaires.
• Expérience en construction de murs de soutènement, excavation profonde et tunnels.

Responsibilities

• Surveiller et inspecter les travaux de construction civile et structurelle.
• Gérer et superviser les agents techniques résidentiels.
• Tenir à jour les enregistrements des travaux et tests.

Job description

Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act, regardless whether their names are stated in the form
Ensure that the civil & structural are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations;
Monitor and report on the progress of works;
Carry out inspection of civil and structural, geotechnical prior to concreting or subsequent construction works;
Supervise concreting, pavement, drainage construction work
Check and assess temporary works and ERSS by the contractors to ensure that the and building works are safe and in compliance with all relevant regulations;
Carry out inspection on defects rectification works;
Carry out supervision and inspection of the works as directed by the QP(S), SRE, consultants or the OIC;
Manage and supervise the Resident Technical Officers under his charge;
Ensure that records of all civil and structural engineering works, mechanical and engineering works including records of tests, defect rectification, inspections, work progress, material and equipment on site, safety, etc, are updated in a timely manner and properly kept;
Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings;
Attend QAQC meetings, monitor and ensure quality on all works are being carried out.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

The RE-Geo shall have minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience as a civil engineer, of which at least five (5) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works, in particular diaphragm wall construction, deep excavation, cut and cover tunnel, ground improvement and instrumentation and monitoring works of similar size and complexity;
The RE-Geo shall possess a Civil & Structural / Geotechnical engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;
The RE-Geo shall lead the geotechnical and/or C&S site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by directed by CAG, QP(S), OIC, Project Director, SRE and/or the project consultants. He/she must possess good leadership qualities, organisational and inter-personal skills;
