Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage CyberArk Privileged Access Management and RSA Multi-Factor Authentication platforms. Responsibilities include system health checks, administration, patching, and user onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience with platform maintenance and custom connector development, with additional compensation for after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly system health checks to ensure optimal performance of CyberArk PAM and RSA MFA platforms.
• Conduct general administration and maintenance of the platforms.
• Execute system patching and updates for CyberArk PAM and RSA MFA applications or appliances.
• Respond to system alerts and errors, perform initial diagnostics, and elevate issues to the appropriate support teams for resolution.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of users and accounts within CyberArk PAM and RSA MFA systems.
• Deploy out-of-the-box CyberArk plug-ins and connectors as required.
• Develop custom connectors for applications not supported natively by CyberArk.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance activities; for any work performed outside office hours, compensatory off-in-lieu leave will be provided.
