Job summary

A leading company is seeking a qualified Civil and Structural Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulations. Job description

Responsibilities

• To supervise the project to ensure that the works are constructed in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Manage and supervise the RTOs in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision.
• Provide administrative control and maintaining proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records and inspections checklists.
• Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolving site discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Attend site meetings, highlighting foreseeable problems and recommending possible solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with which 3 years must be in building/Commercial building/A&A project as RE.
• Must have accredited as RE (C&S).
• Project location: One Raffles building A&A works
• Offcial Working hour: Monday to Friday: 9pm to 6am, Sat: 8pm to 12am (full night shift thougout the project)
