Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architect to supervise architectural works and coordinate with clients and consultants. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and significant experience in design and construction supervision for commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience.
• At least 4 years in design, preferably interior design.
• Strong knowledge of architectural details and working drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist QP(S) in supervising Architectural works.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve technical issues.

1. Assist QP(S) in supervising Architectural works and related activities.
2. Coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve technical and interfacing issues with other consultants and contractors.
3. Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by the client and/or project consultants.

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Architecture from a university recognized by the Singapore BOA.
2. Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, including at least 4 years in design (interior design experience preferred) and 4 years in construction supervision for commercial, mixed-use, and office projects of similar scale and complexity in the local context.
3. Strong knowledge of architectural details and working drawings.
4. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
