I. Sales position

(I) Job content

Warmly welcome every customer who enters the store, introduce the unique functions, advantages and usage methods of BREO brand massage products to customers in a professional and friendly manner, help customers choose the products that best suit their needs, and strive to improve customers' shopping experience and achieve sales goals.

Pay attention to the display of store products in real time, ensure that the products are neatly arranged, beautiful and generous, highlight key products and promotional products to attract customers' attention. At the same time, replenish shelf products in a timely manner to ensure sufficient supply of products to meet customers' shopping needs.

Proficient in operating the store cash register system, accurately and quickly handle payment procedures for customers, carefully check the transaction amount and product information, and ensure the accuracy and security of each transaction. In addition, properly handle possible problems with various payment methods, such as credit card payment failures, mobile payment anomalies, etc.

Maintain close and good communication and collaboration with team members, actively share sales experience and customer feedback, and jointly create a positive and efficient collaborative working atmosphere. When encountering customer complaints or emergencies, promptly give feedback to the store manager and assist the store manager to properly resolve them and maintain the store's good image.

(I) Job Content

Assist the store manager to comprehensively manage the daily operations of the store, covering all aspects such as personnel management, product management, sales management, and customer service management. Participate in employee recruitment and training, and assist in selecting suitable talents according to store operation needs. Responsible for the purchase and inventory management of store goods, and reasonably formulate commodity procurement plans based on sales data and market demand to ensure sufficient inventory and good turnover of goods.
