• Expected salary: $2,300 - $2,390 per month

1. Respond to room reservations enquiries via email and/or phone promptly.
2. Handle credit card information and charges for all prepaid reservations.
3. Coordinate and communicate with operations for guest special requests to ensure smooth check-in.
4. Input and update reservation information into the system.
5. Manage corporate, airline, and group bookings.
6. Follow up and monitor advance deposits or prepayment.
7. Assist in promoting and upselling rooms to increase room revenue.
8. Manage 'No shows' and work with Front Office on charges.
9. Keep abreast of special rates, offers, and promotions in the Hotel and provide updated information to guests.
