About the Role

Join a dynamic research team focused on advancing thinking and practices in Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management within the Singapore public sector. As a Researcher, you will have the opportunity to lead impactful research that uncovers citizens\' insights, develops best practices, and facilitates the learning of public sector leaders and practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose and design research topics and plans in Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Employ various research methods including surveys, ethnographic interviews, focus groups, and observations to uncover valuable citizens\' insights.
  • Manage large-scale quantitative research projects, including study design, procurement, and coordination with research partners and stakeholders.
  • Share insights and facilitate learning by producing articles, videos, toolkits, case studies, and more.
  • Organize and facilitate roundtables, seminars, and discussions to promote awareness of best practices within the public sector.
  • Provide advisory and consultancy services to public sector agencies.
Key Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer insights, market research, service research, or consulting is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct and interpret research effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present research findings in a compelling way.
  • Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels, from public sector practitioners to leaders.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable with a passion for Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management.
  • Familiarity with design thinking or service design will be a plus.
