We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Research Technologist to join our team. The Research Technologist will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth transfer of data between our dental clinic and laboratory, managing dispatch, and receiving of dental devices, and providing assistance with data annotation for research projects. This position is essential to ensure the efficiency of our operations and contribute to the success of our research initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Data Management
Facilitate the transfer of patient and dental-related data between clinic and laboratory.
Maintain organised records of all data transfer and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
Dental Device Logistics
Coordinate dispatch and receiving of dental devices between clinic and laboratory.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of dental devices to appropriate locations.
Software Support
Assist in on-site installation of software with users.
Perform on-site and off-site software troubleshooting with users.
Data Annotation
Assist with data annotation tasks for ongoing research projects, including image and patient record annotation.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of annotated data sets.
Communication and Collaboration
Maintain effective communication with clinic staff, laboratory personnel, and researchers.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data-related processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma in Biotechnology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently
