Temasek Laboratories@NTU is looking for a candidate to join them as a Research Scientist.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for operation, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) and Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MB) systems
Develop III-Nitride epistructure using MOCVD and MBE systems
Grow III-Nitride epistructures on different substrates such as Si, SiC and Sapphire
Characterize the grown epilayers using tools such as microscope, AFM, XRD, PL, Hall, CV etc for the structural, electrical and optical properties
Writing technical reports
Job Requirements:
The candidate should have a master’s degree in physics, materials science or electrical and electronic engineering
Master’s degree with at least 6 years of experience or bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience
Hands-on experience MOCVD and ultra-high vacuum systems and semiconductor characterization tools
