The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the pipeline development of groundbreaking cell therapy products. As a Senior Research Scientist, you'll engage with world-class scientists and gain invaluable experience across R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and clinical trials. You'll lead hands-on bench work while also supervising junior scientists, ensuring timely project completion and the delivery of key objectives. The role may be appointed at either the Research Scientist or Associate level. The seniority level and compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience and capabilities. Key Responsibilities
In this instrumental role, you will advance our cell therapy pipeline by:
Leading and executing in vitro and in vivo Proof-of-Concept (POC) research.
Collaborating with the manufacturing team to develop assays and procedures for manufacturing and quality control.
Writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Contributing to patent technical writing.
Contributing to IND application technical writing.
Performing data analysis, organization, presentation, and delivering timely reports.
Preparing technical documents for business development and scientific conferences.
Contributing to clinical trial design and conducting clinical sample analysis.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Stem Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, or a closely related life sciences field.
8+ years of robust, hands-on experience in experimental research.
A highly analytical and critical thinker with a genuine passion for innovation and problem-solving, capable of contributing intelligently to our programs.
Ability to thrive working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong leadership for junior scientists.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
