Role Overview:

As the Service Delivery Head at Vedak, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our service delivery excellence. You'll lead our teams to new heights, driving innovation and ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations in a fast-paced, global market. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our rapidly expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery to clients, resource management, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics to develop and implement innovative service delivery strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture within delivery teams of Key Account Managers, Project Coordinators, and Recruiters.
  • Architect and implement scalable processes for operational efficiency.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align delivery capabilities with client expectations.
  • Manage high-level client escalations and maintain key client relationships.
  • Contribute to the company's overall growth strategy and business development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to measure and enhance service delivery effectiveness.
  • Lead regular service delivery reviews, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the service delivery team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in service delivery or operations management, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the expert network industry and management consulting landscape.
