Nanyang Technological University's School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is seeking a Research Fellow to advance a project on product design and engineering for quantum instruments, including miniaturization of NV sensors. The role encompasses laboratory operations, data collection, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

The successful candidate will conduct research activities, develop design drawings with AutoCAD, and apply optics and electronics expertise to optimize quantum

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or Quantum Engineering is required.
• Familiarity with quantum technologies and AutoCAD is required.
• Good written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Highly motivated in multidisciplinary research.
• Proven experience in product design, project leadership and optics alignment.

We are looking for a research fellow to carry out the research project and be responsible for administrative and logistical upkeep pertaining to laboratory operations. The project is for product design and engineering for quantum instruments such as miniaturization of NV sensors. Experience in systems engineering and process optimization is preferred.
