Job Description

We seek exceptional researchers to lead projects in organic and hybrid materials innovation and perovskite solar cells.

You should have a PhD in chemistry, physics, materials science, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field, with strong hands-on experience in perovskite, organic, and inorganic semiconductors, thin-film processing, and device characterization.

Job Requirements

Candidates should have a good first-authored publication record, high motivation for innovation, excellence, and flexibility to work and deliver results. They should possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication skills—including the ability to provide clear and thoughtful technical guidance—and effective writing skills.

Candidates are expected to have proven expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Design and synthesis of new materials
  • Advanced materials and device characterization
  • Micro-nano-technology for device fabrication
  • Perovskite solar cells
  • Perovskite stability
  • Large-scale thin-film coating technologies
