Job summary

NTU Singapore is seeking a Research Fellow to conduct research on LLM agent safety and secure authentication. The role involves developing runtime monitoring and behavioural evaluation techniques for LLM agents, and investigating secure and usable authentication for intelligent devices.

Qualifications

• PhD in cybersecurity, computer science, information security, electronic or communications engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop monitoring methods to detect malicious skill execution and unsafe or misaligned agent behaviour.
• Design experiments and prototypes to evaluate agent safety, task performance and monitoring overhead.
• Investigate biometric authentication for smartphones and wearable devices and evaluate security and usability.
• Analyse findings, prepare publications and project reports, and collaborate with the research team.
