Qualifications

Experience with large-scale distributed training and experimental validation.

Responsibilities

Conduct independent research in deep learning and large-scale model optimization.
Explore scalable optimization methods for distributed, multi-node training.
Perform theoretical analysis to guide training algorithm design.
Publish high-quality papers and contribute to the academic community.
