Strong publication record in top ML venues (ICML/ICLR/NeurIPS/IEEE TPAMI).
Independent, analytical, proactive, collaborative researcher.

Responsibilities

Conduct independent research in deep learning, large-scale model optimization, and generalization.
Explore scalable optimization methods for distributed, multi-node training.
Theoretically analyze optimization and generalization to guide training algorithms.
Publish high-quality research in top-tier conferences and journals.
Guide and assist students involved in the project.
Collaborate with academic and industrial partners on the research program.
