Qualifications

  • Experience with DFT and machine learning for atomic catalysts.
  • Strong publication record in renewable energy materials, especially electrocatalysis.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Theoretical predictions using DFT and ML for atomic catalysts and understanding mechanisms.
  • Investigate mechanisms by in-situ and/or operando techniques and perform theoretical calculations.
  • Coordinate collaboration with researchers to maintain progress and support the group.
  • Support project management and lab infrastructure, procurement, and equipment setup for in-situ tests.
  • Prepare regular progress reports to the PI.
  • Write a proposal based on project results for external grant.
