Job summary

The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Fellow position in condensed matter physics and 2-D materials devices. The team led by Prof Loh Kian Ping is seeking candidates with clean room experience and expertise in lithography of nanodevices and 2-D material growth by CVD.

The successful candidate will conduct research in 2-D condensed matter physics, perform dry transfer and stacking to control twist angles, and apply low-temperature transport measurements,

Qualifications

• PhD in physics or a closely related field.
• Strong track record in 2-D material growth by CVD and publications in quantum topology or spintronics of 2-D materials.
• Adept with low-temperature, magnetic-field transport systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research in condensed matter physics and two-dimensional materials devices.
• Apply lithography, CVD growth, and dry transfer/ stacking techniques.
• Collaborate with Prof. Loh Kian Ping's team and contribute to high-impact publications.
