Job Description:

Be part of an exciting team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies. Partner and collaborate with various teams in inventory management (chemicals, consumables, parts, etc.), planning, procurement, logistics support, and planning to enable smooth operations. Develop packaging solutions and take them from concept to production.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  1. Looking for a reliable, agile, resourceful, meticulous, and professional individual.
  2. Lead in planning, sourcing, and initiating purchase requests for day-to-day materials, spare parts, etc., to ensure stock adequacy and smooth fab operations.
  3. Follow through orders from initiation to delivery, coordinating shipments with forwarders when required, to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Provide support for logistics and inventory movements to enable smooth fab operations.
  5. Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work seamlessly with various stakeholders, ensuring inventory adequacy and logistics efficiency.
  6. Be a self-starter with a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Process a strong customer service mindset and promote teamwork.
  8. Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to handle multiple requests across teams.
  9. Apply good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to work in a multi-task environment.

Experience:

  1. Diploma in engineering discipline, preferably in procurement, supply chain logistics, or warehouse operations.
  2. At least 2 years of related semiconductor engineering experience, with good contacts with semiconductor material suppliers and equipment vendors.
  3. Relevant experience in analytics or strategic reporting is an advantage.
