BERKELEY EDUCATION ALLIANCE FOR RESEARCH IN SINGAPORE LIMITED (BEARS) is seeking a motivated researcher to advance ML-driven discovery and optimization of catalytic performance for CO2 conversion. You will collaborate with NTU and A*STAR ISCE2 to push decarbonization research.
The role involves developing ML algorithms, participating in lab automation, and contributing to material development for catalytic processes across thermal, electro-, and plasma catalysis.
We are looking for motivated, self-driven candidates to join a dynamic and highly collaborative team of scientists and engineers at BEARS (The Berkeley Education Alliance for Research in Singapore - a University of California center for research, graduate education, and innovation at Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE)). The researcher will work closely with Prof. Kedar Hippalgaonkar (NTU) and Dr. Amol Amrute (A*STAR ISCE2). The successful candidate will contribute to research and development work in Machine learning (ML) and automation for catalysis research for decarbonization(CO2 conversion). Candidates with more extensive experience and specialized technical expertise may be evaluated for appointment at the Senior Research Engineer level.
